use of the tools

Provided as-is

QuickDevKit offers its tools free of charge for your personal and professional use. The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. While we aim for correct results, you are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it — especially for anything important, automated or production-facing.

acceptable use

Fair use

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer its operation in bad faith. The tools are intended for legitimate development and content tasks.

your content

What you enter is yours

Because all processing happens in your browser, we never receive or store the data you enter, and we claim no rights over it. The output a tool produces from your input is likewise yours to use.

intellectual property

The site itself

The QuickDevKit name, design, written guides and tool code are the property of their authors and may not be copied wholesale or passed off as your own. You're welcome to link to any page.

liability

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickDevKit and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools. Your sole remedy if you're unhappy with the site is to stop using it.

changes

Updates to these terms

These terms may change over time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions can go to hello@quickdevkit.com.
